Prices and Payment

All transactions are securely processed by the industry-leading payment gateway provider SagePay. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. Any product can be refunded or exchanged within 28 days if you are dissatisfied. If you wish to have the price converted to a another currency, please use our Currency Converter on the left. All prices are gross and inclusive of UK VAT at 17.5%.

 
Refunds and Exchanges
 
We offer a no questions asked 28 day refund or exchange policy on any t-shirt or other band merchandise that you purchase from us. All we ask is that the original t-shirt or product is returned to us in the same condition that it reached you in. If you have bought the wrong sized t-shirt, we are more than happy to exchange it for a different size.  

 
Delivery
 
We can deliver to anywhere in the world at competitive rates. We have separate payment options for Europe and International shipping. All shipping is fully insured up to the value of its contents. Any parcels that fail to arrive will be sent again immediately. All products should reach you in perfect condition.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

 
Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund within 28 days. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

Any complaints regarding the goods or services supplied should be made us immediately. You can write, telephone or e-mail us with your complaint.

Our normal office hours are 9am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday.
