| Payment and Shipping Payment Methods and Online Security
We take the security of all online payments to us extremely seriously, and will always ensure that purchasing with us is as safe as buying from any shop. We also aim to make buying with us a quick and easy experience, with no long forms to be completed. This site uses a Thawte SSL123 Certificate to offer industry-standard credit card processing by encrypting all data to and from this site. This certificate, which can be seen in the checkout pages, also acts as a verification of this site's registered domain name.
We use the industry leader SagePay to process all card purchases with us. We do not see any of the submitted card details ourselves, they are dealt with by SagePay via their Secure Socket Layer(SSL) data encryption protocol. Their technology will flag any potentially fraudulent transactions, and provide industry-standard CVV2 responses for each transaction. Please see their website for more details. We also offer the option of using Google Checkout, a merchant service provided by Google for secure online credit and debit card processing.
Here is an explanation of all of our payment methods:
Debit/Credit Card
Secure payment to us can be made online by debit or credit card card. Simply click on the checkout buttons and you will be given a form to fill in your address and card details, or alternatively use Google Checkout instead and follow their instructions.
You will then receive a confirmation of purchase email, and usually another within 24hrs to tell you that your purchase has is being processed. You can track the status of your order at any time by logging back into your account.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Diners Club, JCB and American Express. You do not need to set up an account with us.
PayPal
If you prefer to send a payment using your own Paypal account, please select the option 'PayPal' in the payment options in the checkout page. This is an extremely secure payment method as your card details are not given over the internet at all.
Please follow the instructions and you will then be forwarded to the PayPal website in order to access your account and complete the transaction. All the necessary details will be given to you, but if you have any queries please do not hesitate to email us.
Cheque
If you wish to send us a cheque please email us your order and postage preference and we'll email you back with the details for you to send your cheque to us. As soon as we receive the payment, your order and a receipt will be dispatched.
Shipping Methods and Speed We aim to hold as much stock as possible to allow for quick dispatches within 2-3 days and when items are out of stock we automatically reorder and can usually restock within 14 days. In very rare instances when it isn't possible to restock an item we will let you know as soon as possible.

For sweatshirts, hooded jerseys, bags and rucksacks there is an additional small cost of £2.00 due to their shipping weight.
Within the UK
If you live in the UK the item will be delivered by Royal Mail.
All dispatches are insured up to the value of their contents, so if any item fails to arrive we will immediately send you another one.
Europe and Worldwide
If you live within Europe please choose the shipping option Europe; if you live outside of the UK and Europe then choose International.
Both are fully insured services so any item that fails to arrive will be immediately sent again. *By Europe we mean all the the countries, territories and islands listed below: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands (overseas territory of Denmark), Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar (overseas territory of the United Kingdom), Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man (British crown dependency), Italy, Jersey (British crown dependency), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City If your country does not belong to this list, please select 'International'.
If any product does not reach you in perfect condition please return it immediately for a refund or replacement.
